How do I know which cream to choose for my skin type?
We believe that you cannot generalize about skin - simply labeling it normal, oily or dry - because it changes. Your skin’s needs vary from season to season, even from day to day, depending on the weather, your diet, hormonal fluctuations and stress levels.
How should I use the t’Zerah creams?
In selecting a skin care product, listen to what your skin is telling you.
- When your skin feels drier, or looks tired and lackluster, use our rich, rejuvenating Crème Grenade that is loaded with antioxidants and nourishing plant extracts and oils.
- Crème Bois de Rose Petal is perfect for times when your skin feels normal or only slightly dry. The high levels of botanical extracts and oils, along with the rose water, combine to leave your skin looking and feeling as fresh and velvety smooth as a rose petal.
- Moisture Grenade is the perfect product for those who want a lighter moisturizer, but still crave the skin rejuvenating benefits of our signature product, Crème Grenade.
How do I choose the right t’Zerah serum?
Serums are perfect anytime your skin needs a little extra help.
- Grenade Actif is a wonderfully refreshing firming treatment that can be used daily under, or instead of, a moisturizer. Reach for this serum anytime your skin needs an extra boost, applying it to your face, neck and even your décolleté .
- Serum Grenade is an intensive treatment that exfoliates, rejuvenates, brightens, firms and calms, all with naturally occurring plant extracts, oils and essences. Because it is so potent, we recommend that you use it only at night, and always follow with a sunscreen the next day. If you have very oily skin, or are prone to breakouts, try Grenade Actif instead.
- When you want to add an extra sparkle to your look, reach for Or l’Or de Nuit, an exquisite skin treatment laced with pure white powder gold and loaded with skin nourishing and firming ingredients. It softly diffuses light to blur fine lines and imperfections while providing an immediate lift that lasts for hours. Or l’Or de Nuit can be worn alone or over make-up.
Do t’Zerah products contain preservatives?
Our products are made using fresh plant extracts, essences and oils. To preserve the integrity of these ingredients, we do add a very small amount of gentle preservative. To further protect the vitality and freshness of t’Zerah skin treatments, we suggest that you keep them out of very hot environments, like the inside of a parked car during the summer.
Orders
Is it safe to use my credit card when ordering?
Yes. All t’Zerah orders are processed through our secure servers. When you enter your information on the order form, your credit card number, name and address are automatically encrypted prior to being sent on for authorization.
What if I don’t want to use a credit card when ordering?
If you still do not feel comfortable using your credit card number on-line, you can contact a Customer Service Representative at (800) 451-8063 to order over the phone. We are available to take your call Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time).
How will I know that you have received my online order?
You will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We are currently able to ship to addresses in the United States and Canada. Call 415-451-8063 for inquiries about shipments to other countries.
What if the item I want is on backorder?
If an item is sold-out, you will see “Out of Stock” and an expected date of arrival next to the price. You may place an order for an out of stock product, and we will ship it as soon as it arrives in our warehouse. You will not be charged for this item until your order has shipped. If you are ordering multiple items, we will ship the available ones immediately. You will only be charged for shipping once.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Absolutely. We stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with any purchase, for any reason, we will happily provide a prompt refund or exchange for the full purchase price (excluding any shipping charges) within 21 days of your order date. To return an item, please follow the instructions on the back of the packing slip and enclose the completed form with your return.
Return Policy / Exchange Policy
As we adhere to our “satisfaction guarantee” policy, you may return or exchange any of our products purchased from us within 7 days from the date of purchase. You must send back the product in its original box, plus [i] the original sales receipt, and [ii] a letter indicating the RMA number received from our customer service prior to shipping back. We then will provide you with a full credit (less shipping and handling costs), or an identical item.
